  • Designed to build emotional literacy and confidence

Where Sessions Happen:

  • 1:1 support delivered in your home

  • We bring all resources — you just provide a calm, safe space (bedroom, dining table, outdoor area)

  • Optional/Recommended: Parent/guardian can step away during session to encourage independence

  • Includes a free meet-and-greet before sessions begin

Session Details:

  • Standard session: 1 hour

  • Shorter or longer sessions available based on child’s needs

  • Flexible and responsive to your child’s pace

    • Experience emotional overwhelm or meltdowns

    • Struggle to identify or talk about their feelings

    • Need support with regulation and social/emotional confidence

  • Especially helpful in school transition, peer relationships, or life changes
