Personal hygiene (tooth brushing, hair care, showering)
Toilet training and independence
Getting dressed with confidence
Trying new foods and healthy eating
Creating and following routines (morning/night, school prep, etc.)
How We Work:
We set one goal at a time with you and your child
Sessions are playful, practical, and pressure-free
We use tools like visuals, routines, games, and rewards to support learning
Progress is always celebrated, no matter how small — with stickers, high-fives, or reflection time
Where Sessions Happen:
In your home — where your child feels safest and most confident
We bring everything we need — you just provide a calm space (e.g. bathroom, kitchen, bedroom)
Includes a free meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know your child and household routine
Session Details:
Sessions typically run for 1 hour (can be adjusted)
Parents are encouraged to step away during the session to support child independence
Each session builds on a single, specific goal — ensuring focus, success, and confidence

Available to self-managed and plan-managed participants
