  • Personal hygiene (tooth brushing, hair care, showering)

  • Toilet training and independence

  • Getting dressed with confidence

  • Trying new foods and healthy eating

  • Creating and following routines (morning/night, school prep, etc.)

How We Work:

  • We set one goal at a time with you and your child

  • Sessions are playful, practical, and pressure-free

  • We use tools like visuals, routines, games, and rewards to support learning

  • Progress is always celebrated, no matter how small — with stickers, high-fives, or reflection time

Where Sessions Happen:

  • In your home — where your child feels safest and most confident

  • We bring everything we need — you just provide a calm space (e.g. bathroom, kitchen, bedroom)

  • Includes a free meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know your child and household routine

Session Details:

  • Sessions typically run for 1 hour (can be adjusted)

  • Parents are encouraged to step away during the session to support child independence

  • Each session builds on a single, specific goal — ensuring focus, success, and confidence
